PZU-6-10kV-GM-NG

The device is used on overhead power lines with a voltage of 6–20 kV. It is installed on pin and support insulators with head wire fastening on suspension, end and branch power line support towers.
The device is prefabricated, consisting of a solid hood and two corrugated sleeves. It is mounted on overhead power line wires by means of the inner fastening clips ZMI-2.

Type of insulators: LOSK (version B), SHSK-12.5-20-2 (version 1), SHS-10D, SHPU-20-A, SHPU-10, OLK and their modifications and analogues.

The design of the device allows installation on 6–20 kV overhead lines from the ground, without voltage removal, by means of an insulating rod.

The one-piece cast hood ensures the reliability of the structure – deformation and “falling apart” of the BPD is excluded.

The flexibility of the corrugated sleeves allows the device to be installed both on straight and turning sections, as well as in places where the wire is double-fastened.

The transportation costs are significantly reduced due to the small size of the disassembled device.

Fasteners (ZMI-2 clips) are installed inside the corrugated hose, what speeds up installation of the device considerably and allows to perform the installation process by means of an insulating rod
