PZU-6-10kV-U-2-NG (KZ)

The device is used on overhead power lines with a voltage of 6–20 kV and is installed on pin insulators with side wire binding on anchor-angle power line support towers.
The device is prefabricated, all elements are reliably and quickly assembled into a single product. It is mounted on overhead power line wire by means of the inner fastening clips ZMI-1.

It is used on insulators of the following types ShF-10, ShF-20, ShS-10, ShS-20, ShTIZ-10V, ShTIZ-20V, ShP-10, LShP-10, ShP-20, LShP-20 and their modifications and analogues.

The fastening means (ZMI-1 latches) are installed around the corrugated sleeve, which prevents the device tearing off from the insulator under extreme wind loads.

Closes the wire in the gap between two insulators in case of increased distance, which significantly increases the efficiency of the device compared to analogues.

The one-piece cast hood ensures the reliability of the structure – deformation and “falling apart” of the BPD is excluded.

The flexibility of the corrugated sleeves allows the device to be installed on both straight and turning sections.

The transportation costs are significantly reduced due to the small size of the disassembled device.
